ADDITIONAL INSURED – Additional insured endorsement allows a person or organization to enjoy the benefits of being insured under an insurance policy, in addition to whoever originally purchased the insurance policy.

Additional insured endorsement allows a person or organization to enjoy the benefits of being insured under an insurance policy, in addition to whoever originally purchased the insurance policy.

It is beneficial for a party to be covered as an additional insured on the policies of other parties because it allows the additional insured to file a claim if sued under the named insured’s policy. This will reduce the loss history of the additional insured and lower its premiums. The losses will be posted against the policies of the party providing the additional insurance and their premiums will rise accordingly.

Another benefit is the additional insured will be notified of intent to cancel or cancellation at the same time as the named insured.

We sold an equipment policy that included coverage on this excavator!

General liability protects your business from expenses related to damaged property that belongs to someone else, your own tools and equipment would not be covered unless you have tools and equipment insurance.

Tool and equipment insurance will pay to replace or repair your tools and equipment if they are stolen, lost or damaged. (This insurance does not cover rust or normal wear and tear.)

We recommend tools and equipment insurance for anyone who brings their own equipment to different locations in order to complete the job.

What is covered:

  • Equipment owned by you
  • Employee tools
  • Rented equipment (not offered with basic coverage)

You’ll be covered if:

  • Your equipment is stolen from a trailer
  • Your tools are stolen from a job site
  • Someone damages your equipment

We have Title Bonds!

Title Bonds

To obtain a bond with us:

  1. You must first go to the DMV and obtain a rejection letter. This is our permission to write a bond and specifies the value of the bond. Also, this indicates any active liens on the vehicle. This letter or bond kit will cost you $15.00.

             Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)

             2425 Gravel Dr

             Fort Worth, TX 76118

             817-590-2625

  1. Before you leave the DMV counter:
  • check the letter for accuracy. Verify the correct spelling on name, address, apt #, City, zip and VIN.
  • Look under ‘Notice of Rejection Information’ for Lien on Record Yes or No. If Yes, the vehicle has a lien that is less than 10 years old. Immediately ask to purchase a copy of the VTR record. This will cost you $2. This will show you who has the lien on the title.
  • Once you know, look through your paperwork to see if you’ve got anything from that company indicating the lien has been released or satisfied. Otherwise, you must contact them to obtain a letter of release or satisfied lien in order to obtain a bond.
  1. Bring to our office:
  • all items from DMV
  • bill of sale, REQUIRED if there is indication of a lien
  • letter of lien release.satisfaction, if applicable

*Price for Bonds:

  • Base price: $110 for bonds valued at $0 -$3000
  • Price increase slightly as values increase.

(Example: A $6000 bond is $150.00)

Click It Or Ticket

The annual Click It or Ticket Campaign reminds Texans to buckle up day and night, and every time they get in a vehicle. Buckling up not only protects motorists against expensive citations, it also saves lives.  May 2018 marks the 16th anniversary of “Click It or Ticket” a campaign urging Texans to buckle up. Today nearly 92 percent of Texans buckle up.
